DAHI CHICKEN .....
well you need to buy some fillets of chicken , if you are lazy get the cut ones ...Curd , Onions ,garlic , and standard masalas and if u have wine ...Voila !
Now Chop Onions in length ...and along with chopped garlic put them to fry in low heat ....to deep fry (to sound like a prof:-)
Get the chiken fillets and apply masala thoroghly ....
Next when the onions turn brown (if its burnt then also its okay )add standard salt , turmeric and bit of red hot chilly powder ...now put the chiken pieces into it and keep stirring it till ur sixth sense says Oh ! its okay.. ...Now put atleast 4 spoons of yoghurt into it and keep it on heating after stirring well .......
Next if u have boiled rice or bread ...it goes fine ...
